The Cryogenesis dry ice blasting processs removes built up release agents and other unwanted residues from the molds that cause sticking of parts during release, flash, blemishes and also make it difficult to hold part tolerances.

Because the tooling can be cleaned right at the press, dry ice blasting reduces potential damage to the molds from breaking them off of the press and reinstalling them.
